1. Acceptance of Terms

By ordering, activating, or accessing any service, subscription pass, or software application provided by Catch On TV (catchontv.us), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Nature of Subscription License

Catch On TV provides users with a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access digital media streaming credentials on supported personal hardware (Amazon Firestick, Smart TV, Apple TV, Android TV, or personal computer).

Your subscription grants access solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment within your private household.

3. User Responsibilities & Connection Limits

Subscribers must strictly adhere to the simultaneous connection limit specified by their chosen plan:

• Single Plan: 1 Active Stream Connection.
• Dual Plan: Up to 2 Simultaneous Stream Connections.
• Multi-Room Plan: Up to 3 Simultaneous Stream Connections.

Sharing login credentials outside your household or exceeding active connection limits may trigger automated security account locks.

4. Service Availability & Maintenance

Catch On TV strives to deliver maximum uptime across our high-speed 10Gbps CDN server network. However, temporary server maintenance, network routing updates, or regional ISP throttling beyond our control may occur. Occasional routine maintenance does not constitute a breach of contract.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Catch On TV services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Catch On TV, its operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our network credentials.
