Catch On TV (catchontv.us) operates strictly as an intermediary technical service provider. We do not host, store, broadcast, upload, record, or control any audiovisual media files, live TV streams, or VOD catalogs on our servers. All streaming links and media channels are indexed from third-party streaming providers and publicly available network protocols.

Catch On TV has zero ownership or control over third-party transmission lines and does not maintain media files on local infrastructure.

We respect the intellectual property rights of creators, content owners, and broadcasters. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear, legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(3).

3. Notice & Takedown Procedure

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with Section 512(g) of the DMCA, Catch On TV enforces a strict repeat infringer policy. We reserve the right to immediately terminate access or revoke credentials for any user, reseller, or streaming node found to repeatedly infringe third-party copyright rights upon verified notice.
